These terms apply according to the role of the individual interacting with the company. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms mentioned below.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal and financial information from users through applications, forms, or other documents including:

• Name, address, employment details, marital status, income and financial details.
• Information regarding accounts, transactions or holdings received from banks or financial institutions.

Any individual or organization found defaming the company or harming its reputation may face strict legal action.

Membership Card Terms & Conditions

• Membership Card fees are refundable only according to the company's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• The IndiaSmallFinance Membership Card is non-transferable and valid only for the registered cardholder.
• The membership card is not a debit card, credit card, or payment card.
• Lost or damaged cards must be reported immediately. Replacement may include additional charges.
• Renewal of membership is subject to the company’s policies and discretion.

Customer Terms & Conditions

• The company only charges the Membership Card fee.
• Buying a membership card allows the customer to apply for loans but does not guarantee approval.
• Loan approval depends on the bank’s rules and the customer profile.
• Customers must provide accurate information regarding their financial profile and CIBIL score.
• The company may verify customer documents with multiple banks or financial institutions.
• If the customer does not respond for more than 3 days during loan processing, the application may be rejected.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the processing has started.
• Submission of fake documents may lead to legal action.

Loan Process Disclaimer

Loan eligibility shown on the website is only a preliminary estimation generated by the system based on the information entered by the user. Final loan approval depends completely on bank verification and customer documentation.

The company does not guarantee loan approval. Loan processing time depends on the rules and procedures of the respective banks or financial institutions.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Membership cards or codes will only be generated once payment is successfully received.

If a payment is debited from the customer's account but not received by the company due to payment gateway issues, the company will not be responsible for the transaction.

Referral Program Terms

• Referral payouts are generated only for membership purchases.
• Payout does not depend on loan approval.
• Referral partners must sign a payout agreement to receive payouts.
• 5% TDS will be deducted from referral payouts as per government regulations.
• If a customer's membership payment is refunded, the referral payout may be adjusted accordingly.

Marketing & Promotions

The company may promote its services through advertisements, social media posts, banners, SMS, emails, and other promotional content.

All promotional information is general in nature. Final loan terms including loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and fees depend entirely on bank policies.

Data Security

Customer documents are used only for loan processing purposes. However, if any information or documents are misused by third parties beyond the company’s control, the company cannot be held responsible.

Customers must keep their OTP and personal information confidential.

Legal Jurisdiction

If any dispute arises between a user and the company, the matter must first be communicated to the company through written notice.

If legal proceedings are initiated, Surat, Gujarat, India shall remain the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters.

Intellectual Property

The company name, logo, content, website design, software systems, and business processes are protected under copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying or reproduction may lead to legal action.

Changes to Terms

IndiaSmallFinance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective immediately once published on the website.
