A customer may receive a refund of the Membership Fee if the company has not started the “Customer Service Initiation” (explained below) within 48 hours of the payment and a refund request is raised through the Raise a Request page within 48 hours of the payment.
If a customer is not satisfied with the company’s service, the customer must send a refund request via email to refund@indiasmallfinance.com. After receiving the request, the company will process the refund within 24 to 48 hours, and the amount will be credited within 5 to 7 working days.
Customer Service Initiation is the first process carried out by the company that includes calling the customer for verification within 24–48 hours after the membership payment.
Even if the customer does not respond to the verification call, the Customer Service Initiation will be considered as started and the update will be reflected in the customer portal.
No cancellation charges apply. If a customer requests a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, the entire amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
